Nasocystic Drainage: A Viable Alternative to Endosponge for complex perforations (113887)

Endoscopic vacuum-assisted devices are commonly used for non-surgical management of postoperative leaks and oesophageal perforations. However, certain clinical scenarios may preclude its use. Here, we present two cases highlighting the use of nasocystic drainage systems as an alternative when an endosponge is contraindicated.
